	The Complex of Water Mills is situated in the traditional village of St Vlas which enjoys low-key entertainment of restaurants around its square. Whilst being just minutes away from the bustling popular resort of Sunny Beach makes this an ideal base. There are a host of on-site facilities including communal pool, bar and restaurant.
The apartments are in the centre of St Vlas with restaurants and shops on its doorstep. The beach is also within easy walking distance. The apartments available are one bedroomed and two bedroomed fully furnished to a very high standard with all facilities required for a self-catering holiday.

Discounts are available for long stays.  

Payment Terms 

A payment of 20% deposit (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking. The remainder of the monies is payable 8 weeks before departure. Money can be paid in the form of a cheque in £ sterling or Paypal is accepted but a 2% commission charge will be added.  £150 security deposit is required with the final balance of the monies, this will be returned on completion of your holiday in full or with any damages deducted.
