The apartment has full Air Conditioning in every room and also has wooden floors throughout.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, kettle and all other standard appliances, ample wall and floor storage cupboards utensils and crockery.
Lounge: Double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs, wooden floors, cable TV, air conditioning and a door leading onto the patio.
Bedroom: Double bed plus one single bed, the room has all usual furniture, wardrobe, dressing table, drawers etc. Air conditioning and a door which leads onto the patio.
Bathroom: This fully tiled bathroom hosts the usual toilet, sink, shower, cabinet, towel rails etc.

Privilege Fort Beach situated directly on the beach.
Short transfer from Bourgas Airport approx 30 mins. Transfers can be arranged (paid locally).
There is an All Inclusive resort next door which offers all day and night entertainment including meals and beverages for approx 10 GBP/P. The use of the Aqua Park is also included in the above price.

Payment Terms
A payment of 20% deposit (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking. The remainder of the monies is payable 8 weeks before departure. Money can be paid in the form of a cheque in £ sterling or Paypal is accepted but a 2% commission charge will be added. £150 security deposit is required with the final balance of the monies, this will be returned on completion of your holiday in full or with any damages deducted.
