Advertise your property here for free.
Our service comprises of all administration related to the booking. When a booking is requested for your property we will check availability with yourselves direct (or via optional availability calender), then provide a booking form and full terms and conditions of booking to the client. We will obtain a 20% deposit from which is deducted Bulgarian Apartments administration fee. This is then followed up by a letter of booking confirmation. Final payment will be due 8 weeks prior to departure and we will send a reminder and obtain the remainder of the balance. This will be followed up on the clients return by a satisfaction questionnaire with a reminder to add their comments to your Guestbook if you take up this option. Bulgarian Apartments charge a 15% administration fee on all bookings so you only pay on any bookings secured.
No need to spend endless hours filling in forms and uploading information just send us details and photographs of your property and we will do all this for you at no extra cost!
Additional Services: 1. Availability calender for your property - £10 per year.
2. Individual Guestbook for your property - £10 per year.
3. One complimentary change of property details/photographs per year. Any subsequent changes will charged at the rate of £5.
